Ebrahim K. Kanoo donates equipment and tools to Bahrain Training Institute

Ebrahim K. Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced further support for the vehicle maintenance programme at the Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) through the provision of equipment and tools. The donation, part of Ebrahim K. Kanoo’s ongoing corporate sustainability programme and Toyota Motor Corporation’s policy to promote the development of vehicle maintenance skills worldwide, was presented by Ebrahim K. Kanoo CEO, Mike Brightmore. 

“As a Bahraini company and one of the leaders in the Kingdom’s automotive industry, Ebrahim K. Kanoo has a responsibility towards developing the talent pool available to us and the rest of our sector,” said Brightmore. “The BTI provides valuable training that helps hone the skills of Bahrain’s technicians, so that they can offer their employers a higher level of safety and maintenance, leading to a general improvement in the performance of the cars on the road.”

BTI Director General, Dr. Fawzi Abdul Rahman Al-Jowder thanked the Kanoo family and Ebrahim K. Kanoo for its valuable contribution to the institute’s training programme.
